Yep, those are familiar names. I come from the south of Italy!
Have you tried looking on EllisIsland.org? If they came through Ellis Island, you could find info on where they came from on the ship manifest.
If you don't find them at first, always try various misspelling of their last names.

Hi Stephanie,
I looked on a few sights. There are Yanuzzi, Iannuzzi, and Ianuzzi. Fazano is a very unusual name. However, there are a lot of Fasano. All of these names point to Southern Italy: Avellino, Caserta, Basilicata (Tursi, Pisticci) and Bari. Hope this helps.

Stephanie, welcome to the group! So, what was your grandmother correct name, and where was she born?
Spelling can be very challenging, especially when you think that most of the Italians leaving for the USA spoke their own dialect, and they might not even have known how to spell their name!
