People Beware! I just received an email from a Veronica Conte requesting that I contact her for some obscure reason. I have noticed that this person has spammed and sent the same emails to many other members here.
I never replied or opened her request and I hope that others here do likewise. Obviously, this person has conjured up an Italian name and is out here emailing everyone with some type of bad intention. I just wanted to let everyone know.

I have also received an email from the supposed "Veronica Conte" and likewise have not opened it, etc. This is exactly what I meant. There must be some way to prevent this from happening. Is there a web master here?

Hi C Distin...I was also wondering if there was anyone that can monitor this type of scam emails.
When I get some time I am going to try to find out who we can contact to try to stop these emails that are no doubt some type of scam. Thanks for your response.

Hi Joseph, I wonder how many active members there are in this group. It does not seem like we are getting that many responses. I think everyone here should be concerned about spammers and ads other than those that the web site has to sustain itself and keep it operational. There should not be ads as part of replies or discussions, and there should not be people spamming. This group apparently needs moderating. I think it is up to whomever started the group because no one else would have the privileges to change the settings. I am glad you are as concerned as I am. A nice group like this should not be corrupted.

I am also receiving inappropriate emails from "Rose" and "Veronica" in the last few days. Both have hotmail accounts.
I'm leaving the group if this continues.
The folks running this site need to check your spam guards.

A few months ago , i tried to point out that the ITALIAN FLAG is wrong on the main page,where it says IN ITALIANO.Its colors are RED ,WHITE,and GREEN. That was a good clue of how accurate,responsible and careful Miss Airos and her posse are.But i figured that as long as these cetrioli read their own articles the rest does not matter,not even our ancestral flag![the other one,thats` the flag of some middle eastern country] Also notice that the replies to these so called writers are not publicly pubblished.So,if you notice errors or want to make suggestions, you,me,are being ignored.So why bother?We don`t need an extra heartburn,well at least, I don`t! We`re all disappointed.We deserved more. I gave up.[by the way i never read these black and white ads]this is my last time here.Buon anno .
